METHODS
In the Mental Agility & Brain Fitness workshop, we utilize a variety of teaching approaches to help participants develop essential skills. These methods involve group-based learning, coaching, and activities that are designed to promote critical thinking, collaboration, and adaptability. We also incorporate techniques that foster emotional intelligence, empathic communication, and flexibility in thinking. Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in lively discussions and hands-on exercises to gain practical experience in using these skills in real-world scenarios. In addition, they will present an assignment based on what they have learned and their company, which will allow them to apply the skills they have acquired to their work environment.

Ms. Alina Ghetu is an experienced tutor with 7 years of experience in the education field.
